Return and Exchange Policy
We hope you love your new, Classic Crafts Collections home décor item. But if you decide to return, the request must be made within 5 business days after the receipt of the Merchandise.
Please begin by filling out the Return Request Form (here)
After approval of the Return Item (E-mail to you with instructions), you have 10 business days from the time of return approval to send back the merchandise to the advised address. Refund will be for the full purchase price of the item and will not include original shipping charges (if applied) or shipping charges for the return.
Merchandise must be returned in its protective packaging molded foam packaging to protect it from damages in shipping. Damaged items will not be refunded. When you receive the products, they are fully protected by specially designed packaging, and please keep all those for at least the window time frame of the authorized return dates.
Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The return shipping charge is the responsibility of the customer.
Promotional or “Final Sales” items with appropriate codes on original purchases may not be returned and will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. We offer store credit for future purchases. Once we receive your return and approve it, we will credit your account.
Damages
Any damaged items need to be reported within the 10-day return window to info@classiccraftscollections.com, with full details and pictures if applicable for evaluation of the claim. Damages reported outside of 10 days may not qualify for a replacement or refund.
The care, clean and protect your decorative items are available on the website and recommended to follow and not to damage paint or glass surfaces. This applies to any such decorative items.
Lost packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. All FEDEX/ USPS tracking inquiries should be directed to the carrier's customer service. We can assist in follow-up.
